Research: Sovereign IT Product Management
My research centers on sovereign IT product management, encompassing a broad spectrum of product types—from B2C and B2B solutions to internet-based offerings. My approach extends beyond traditional customer-facing software to include internal information systems, mobile application platforms, and cloud infrastructure solutions used by companies and organizations. I explore the role of platforms in product management, as well as the influence of regulated industries, IT security, digital sovereignty, and AI on product strategies. This interdisciplinary field addresses critical challenges for industry partners and organizations aiming to build resilient, autonomous, and secure digital ecosystems.
